Lens questions
Can I wear contact lenses?
Most people can, including people with astigmatism and people who need reading glasses. The fitting will tell us for sure.
Am I too old or too young?
We fit children from about ten, if they’re keen and can look after the lenses, and we have patients in their eighties.
Can I buy lenses without the plan?
Yes. You pay for each box when you order it, and check-ups are £30. The plan works out cheaper for most people.
What if my lenses feel uncomfortable?
Come back and see us. It’s usually the fit or the material, and we can try a different lens at no extra cost.
